No. It is a dietary supplement. The brand name resembles a prescription medicine used in dementia; it shares no ingredient with that medicine and it treats, prevents and cures nothing.

The vendor's ingredient graphic names Pure Honey. The Supplement Facts panel does not: its fifth row is the branched-chain amino acid blend. The panel is the regulated surface and the one on the bottle that arrives.

No. Every active carries its own figure, which is unusual in this category and the single most useful property of this label.

No. All five sit below the amounts their trials used. Bacopa is closest, at 200 mg against 300 to 450 mg. The branched-chain amino acids are furthest, at 540 mg against the grams used in the only trial that escalated the dose against a cognitive outcome.

The argument is the central fatigue hypothesis: they compete with tryptophan for entry to the brain and so blunt the serotonin rise behind perceived effort. It is a real hypothesis. The cognition evidence is eight studies with a mixed result, and it is the weakest row on this panel.

It is the standardisation: three per cent of the 100 mg extract is salidroside. Trial extracts were generally standardised to rosavins as well, so this describes a different material from the ones tested.
