Privacy PolicyPrivacy policy for the Memopezil website
This website collects what the forms on it collect and nothing else: a name, an email address, an order ID when one is given, and the message typed. It sells nothing to anybody. Payment happens on the seller's checkout, so no card number is ever entered on or stored by this site.
Written for this website specifically. Questions go to contact@Memopeziles.com, which is read Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
What the Memopezil website collects
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name and email | When a form on this site is submitted | To answer the message. There is no other use. |
| Order ID | When one is entered on the order form | To find the purchase. Nothing about an order can be traced without it. |
| The message text | When a form is submitted | To understand the question well enough to answer it. |
| Standard server logs | On every request | IP address, user agent and the page requested, kept for security and for diagnosing faults. |
| Nothing else | — | No card number, no behavioural profile and no advertising identifier is collected by this website. |
Card details are entered on the seller's checkout, which is a different system under a different privacy policy. Read that policy before paying, as you would on any checkout.
There is no account to create on this website and no password to lose. Everything here is public reading matter plus two forms, which is a deliberately small surface.
How Memopezil enquiry data is used and shared
Form submissions are used to answer the enquiry they were sent about. An order enquiry is passed to the order desk, because that is the only team with access to the ordering system. An editorial or privacy enquiry stays with the editorial desk.
Nothing is sold, rented, traded or licensed to a third party for marketing. Nobody is added to a mailing list for having asked a question about a parcel.
Data is disclosed beyond those two desks only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to resolve the specific matter raised, such as passing a tracking reference to a carrier to open a trace.
Cookies and tracking on the Memopezil website
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party behavioural tracker. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a request to a third-party server and therefore visible to it; that is the only external request an ordinary page makes.
The order button carries a link to the seller's checkout, which may append its own tracking parameters for attribution. What happens once you arrive there is governed by the seller's privacy policy rather than by this one.
Standard server logs are kept, as they are for any website, and contain the usual request metadata. They are used for security and fault diagnosis and for nothing else.
Your rights over data held by the Memopezil desk
- Access. Ask what is held about you and it will be sent.
- Correction. Ask for something inaccurate to be corrected.
- Deletion. Ask for an enquiry and its contents to be deleted, except where a record has to be kept to resolve an open matter.
- Objection. Object to a use of your data and it will stop unless there is a legal obligation to continue.
- Portability. Ask for a copy in a readable format.
Send any of those to contact@Memopeziles.com with enough detail to identify the enquiry. Requests are answered rather than filed, and the address is read Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Data held by the seller about a purchase is subject to the seller's own policy, and the order desk can be asked directly on +1 (507) 448-8190.
How the Memopezil website is kept secure
The site is served over an encrypted connection and its assets are versioned so that a corrected file reaches a returning reader rather than sitting behind a browser cache. There is no account system here, which means there is no password database to lose and no login to compromise: the smallest attack surface is the one that does not exist.
Form submissions travel over the same encrypted connection and are routed to a desk rather than stored in a public-facing system. Nothing typed into a form on this website is published anywhere on it.
No security claim is absolute and this page will not pretend otherwise. What can be said accurately is that this website holds very little worth stealing, because the valuable part of a supplement transaction — the card number — is never entered here at all.
Third parties the Memopezil website touches
| Who | What they see | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | The request for the two typefaces this site uses, and the usual request metadata that comes with any browser request. | The site's typography. It is the only external request an ordinary page makes. |
| The hosting provider | Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, page requested. | Serving the pages and diagnosing faults. The same data any website's host holds. |
| The seller's checkout | Everything a checkout necessarily sees once you leave this website: name, address, card. | Taking the payment. Governed by the seller's own privacy policy rather than this one. |
| The order desk | The contents of an order enquiry form, when one is submitted. | It is the only team with access to the ordering system, so an order question cannot be answered without passing it on. |
| Advertising networks | Nothing. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no behavioural tracker on this website. | Not applicable. |
Five rows, and the fifth is the one most sites in this category could not print.
What the Memopezil website does not do with your data
- No mailing list. Asking a question about a parcel does not subscribe you to anything, because there is nothing to subscribe to.
- No selling or renting. Enquiry data is not sold, rented, traded or licensed to anybody for any purpose, including marketing.
- No advertising pixels. There is no remarketing tag, no conversion pixel and no social network tracker embedded in these pages.
- No behavioural profile. Nothing here builds a record of which pages a given reader visited in order to target them later.
- No card data. Payment happens on the seller's checkout, so no card number is entered on or stored by this website at any point.
- No dark patterns on consent. There is nothing to consent to beyond submitting a form you chose to submit.
A list of absences is a weak form of assurance and it is offered here because it is checkable: a reader can open the page source, or a browser's network panel, and see that the only external request an ordinary page makes is for the two typefaces. That is a stronger statement than any promise in prose.
Children and the Memopezil website
This website is written for adults. The product it describes is restricted by its own label to adults aged 18 and over, and nothing on this site is directed at children.
No enquiry form here asks for an age, and none should be submitted by anyone under 18. If a submission is identified as having come from a child it will be deleted rather than answered.
How long the Memopezil desk keeps what it collects
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| An answered editorial enquiry | Twelve months | Long enough to recognise a repeat correction on the same page, which is usually a sign the page rather than the reader is wrong. |
| An order enquiry passed to the order desk | As the order desk's own policy provides | It becomes part of the order record once it is passed on, and the seller's retention policy governs it from that point. |
| A privacy or deletion request | For as long as the law requires a record of having answered it | A deletion request that leaves no evidence of having been honoured is worse than useless to both parties. |
| Server logs | A short rolling window | Security and fault diagnosis. They are not mined for anything else and they are not joined to form data. |
| Anything else | It is not collected | There is no account system, no newsletter, no advertising pixel and no behavioural profile on this website. |
Where a retention period and a legal obligation conflict, the legal obligation wins and the reason is explained on request.
The short version: this is a reading site with two forms attached. The smallest amount of data that makes a reply possible is the amount collected, and it is kept for as long as a reply might need it and not longer.
What the Memopezil seller's checkout collects, which is not this website
Pressing the order button leaves this website. Everything that happens afterwards — the basket, the address, the card, the receipt — happens on the seller's own system under the seller's own privacy policy.
That is worth stating clearly rather than leaving implied, because a privacy policy that is silent about the step where the money changes hands is answering the easy question and skipping the hard one. This website genuinely does not see a card number; the seller necessarily does.
Read the seller's policy before paying, as you would on any checkout. If something in it is unclear, the order desk on +1 (507) 448-8190 is the route to ask, because it is the desk that operates that system rather than this one.
Changes to this Memopezil privacy policy
If this policy changes, the change is made on this page and the review date at the foot of it moves forward. There is no mailing list to notify because this website does not run one.
This version was last reviewed in September 2026. The two contact routes on the contact page are the ones to use for anything on it.
