Check the base of the first bottle before anything else: the lot code and the best-before date are printed there, and thirty seconds spent on them now is worth more than a query in six weeks.

Count the capsules if anything looks wrong. Sixty is the number on the label, and a short bottle is easy to prove on the day it arrives and impossible to prove three weeks later. The same applies to a broken safety seal: photograph it, take nothing from that bottle, and call the desk. The label's own instruction is not to use the product if the seal is damaged or missing, and a replacement is a two-minute conversation rather than an argument.
